European FP&A Analyst

Reporting directly to the FP&A Director, and in liaison with the European subsidiaries and the shareholder in the US, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Monitor the performance of the 6 European subsidiaries (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet).
• Guide the quarterly closings by giving guidelines based on this monitoring.
• Carry out all types of ad hoc analyses, on your own initiative or at the request of the Finance Department.
• Ensure the follow-up of the group strategic initiatives, analyze the group performance under the prism of these initiatives.
• Assist in the organization of the annual budget process and reforecasts.
• Assist with transformation projects for the finance department (e.g., process improvements, analysis templates).
• Prepare and communicate performance analysis to top management (Head of Finance/CFO) and shareholders.

You are an ideal candidate for this position if:

• You hold a relevant third level degree (finance, economics etc.).
• You have at least 2 years of experience in corporate finance or in a Big Four firm (Transaction services/Audit).
• You are proficient in Excel and Power Point, you know how to structure files and analyses, and you are confident to present them to different people (finance function, operational staff).
• You are fluent in English. Proficiency in French is a distinct advantage but not essential.
• Your leadership qualities allow you to be a driving force in the transformation of a dynamic company.
• Agile, with a good analytical and critical mind, capable of taking a step back to give meaning to what you analyze.
• You know how to structure your thoughts and communicate them clearly to others.
• Assertive, humble and with excellent interpersonal skills, you will quickly find your place in the organization, building trust with all your contacts.
• Curious and driven, you show a real interest in understanding the business.
• Autonomous and resourceful, you will be able to quickly take charge of all your tasks. 
• You are analytical, rigorous, and highly organized.
